Facilitated Meditation

Studies show that regular meditation effectively supports mental, emotional, and physical health in tangible ways. Often times people don't know where to start with meditation, they may try but quit when the sessions don't seem right. Facilitated meditation is a short series of one on one facilitation to help you get a start on a meditation practice that works for you. The Synchronicity method is utilized as it uses music with the theta meditation brainwave to accelerate the results from your meditation practice.

Group Meditation

We offer a FREE group meditation session at the Lincoln Yoga Center on the first Thursday each month at 7:00 PM.


Reiki sessions are offered by Prem who is a Reiki Master practitioner: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
